Please review the information below to ensure your stay is peaceful, safe, and transparent.
1. Booking & Payment
Reservations
Advance booking is required for campers, caravans, or motel rooms.
For groups (10+ people), a 50% deposit is required within 3 working days of confirmation.
If payment is not received, the booking is automatically cancelled.
The remaining balance is payable upon check-in.
In special cases, a reservation without deposit may be accepted.
If you need an invoice, please send your company details to [email address] or contact Reception.

2. Cancellations & Changes
Up to 14 days before arrival: Full refund of deposit.
Less than 14 days before arrival: 50% of deposit retained.
Within 3 days of arrival: Deposit non-refundable.
Early departure or shortened stay after check-in: → 50% of the remaining amount is charged.

3. Additional Conditions
Official booking channels: phone, email, or reception on site.
A completed inquiry form does not confirm booking until written confirmation is received.
Group visits are accepted only after manager approval and subject to availability.
Guests who have previously violated internal rules may be refused future reservations.
Minors (under 18) without an accompanying adult cannot make reservations.
Banya Camp & SPA reserves the right to update prices and terms — effective 7 days after announcement at Reception.
4. Stay Information
Parking for one vehicle
Electricity (10A) – guests must bring their own cable
Water connection – guests must bring their own hose
Access to sanitary facilities, Wi-Fi, kitchen, and mineral pools
Waste collection and maintenance of shared areas
Tourist tax and VAT included
Check-in: after 12:00 PM
Check-out: by 12:00 PM
Late check-out until 5:00 PM possible upon request (additional fee applies).
Arriving outside reception hours? Follow the self-check-in kiosk instructions at the entrance.
5. Safety & Responsibility
Campfires and BBQs only in designated areas
The campsite is not liable for service interruptions caused by weather or technical issues
Keep valuables safe – the campsite is not responsible for unattended belongings
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

To ensure peace, safety, and a pleasant atmosphere for everyone, please read and follow these rules based on respect, care, and responsibility.
Quiet & Calm
Rules
The campsite is part of a holiday complex — please respect quiet throughout the day.
Quiet hours: 14:00–16:00 and 22:00–08:00.
If your neighbors can hear your music or conversations, it’s too loud.
First violation: friendly reminder. Repeated violation: you may be asked to leave.
Sound systems, pyrotechnics, and sky lanterns are not permitted.
Behavior & Safety
The use of drugs, excessive alcohol, or any illegal actions is strictly prohibited – offenders will be reported to authorities.
Cutting or damaging vegetation is not allowed.
Fires may only be lit in designated areas.
Barbecues, gas, and charcoal grills are permitted if they are safe and functional.
Pets
Pets are welcome only in marked zones and must have valid vaccination certificates.
Dogs must be kept on a leash; owners are responsible for their behavior and cleanliness.
Pets are not allowed in pool areas. Violations may result in cancellation of the stay.
Electricity & Equipment
Check your cables and devices regularly — faulty equipment is not allowed.
Do not tamper with electrical fuses or leave appliances unattended.
Each guest is responsible for damage caused by improper installation.
Temporary lines (cables, hoses) must stay within your own pitch and not obstruct others.
Accommodation & Parking
Use only your assigned space.
One vehicle may be parked within your pitch (fee included).
Please use the guest parking area for extra vehicles.
No horn use or engine noise — driving in the camp is allowed only upon arrival or departure.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
Keep your area clean and leave it as you found it.
Use bins for waste — do not litter or throw cigarette butts.
Washing vehicles, caravans, or campers is prohibited.
Empty chemical toilets only in designated stations.
Damage or losses are charged according to the campsite price list.
